Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated by different carriers and displayed during order checkout. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.

USA Shipping:

– USPS Ground Delivery: 3-5 Working Days.

International Shipping:

– International Standard Shipping: 7-14 Working Days.

*All orders effectively placed before 5 pm – Mon – Fri will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 5 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched until Monday.

After your purchase has been confirmed, you will be given a unique tracking number by email at the moment that your order is dispatched from the warehouse. You can learn more about tracking by visiting our delivery information page and entering your tracking number.

Standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. Your tracking number provided by email will help you check the shipping status of your order via our Delivery page.

Please use your unique tracking number to track the progress and estimated arrival date of your order. Alternatively, you may also get it touch with our customer service to help you track your order.

The carrier will leave a note with contact details in case your order is sent back to arrange delivery for an alternative day. The delivery company will try to attempt delivery the next day as well. * Please note that import costs and duty fees may apply. The carrier will notify you as your order enters your country to conduct the required import/duty fees.
